I was contacted by a man named rich, who was looking to buy the engine off my snapper. I called your number and it said it was disconnected, so i'll try to get you through here.
I was looking back from some receipts and realised that that briggs engine if from 1986, as i found out when i ordered a carb kit for it winter 2006-2007 to have the carb professionally rebuilt. Sorry about that, i decided to tell you this and hold on to the snapper a while longer because im not willing to stiff someone on parts from it like i got stiffed on the whole thing. However, the block may still fit. If you measure the bore on yours, let me know what it is and i will measure mine. Most other parts are good and able to be switched between a wide varity of engines, but im not sure about 16 years difference however. Glad you diddnt sent money for it, LOL. Just let me know if you still want it, my number is 937-570-9263, and my e-mail is Lanselot1993@aol.com im not pressuring you to buy the thing, either, if i did that the money would feel like il-gotten gains. Thanks!!
BTW if anyone needs a snapper or parts off one.....
