I kind of am impartial to some of the Fords, hundred and thousand series, we used to sell them, always liked the looks of the hundred series and some of the heavier industrial models. I have also liked the 300-400 JD's in yellow, and some of the odd utility sized JD's, they look like something I'd enjoy using. All the MFR's have a few that get my attention in this size, the International/Farmall also had a good line of utility sized ones. It would be really cool to have been able to compare that class, they all look the part, I'll just take one of each !
For practicality I really like the older utility size tractors, fords up to the 90's and most others in that size range going back, say with a stout loader, having most of the features you need. Versatility is most important to me, might not be MFR specific, unless considering fuel economy or something that one MFR gave you over another that you really need. It has to suit the purpose you need it for and perform well enough to satisfy the need in my eyes, though I'd enjoy having 1 that was completely tore down and restored, just hard to not use them.
Well heck I like em all actually, 'cept narrow fronts on side hills !!! Like when I was an equipment operator, I don't care what you wanted me to run, I'll make it work and enjoy doing it !

Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
