One way distances and notes below:
Tractor - 20 miles (not very interesting)
Equipment - 120 miles (picked up a cultivator at an auction, had to drag it out of a hedgerow)
Car - 450 miles (driving around the rougher parts of downtown Boston, with a tow dolly bouncing behind the truck, looking for sellers house was not much fun)
Snowmobile - 800 miles (bought a 1969 Homelite Forester snowmobile on ebay in Madison, WI for $10. The fun part was the 46 hour trip to pick it up and take it home)
