I do not opperate this tractor my business partner does so when I looked at it today I noticed a lot of Hydrolic fluid all ove rthhe back HE said he has to add fluid every day ( AH... should i say he is Not mechanicaly inclined? no idid not think so : )
Under closer inspection while I was jacking up the wheels I noticed the entire Rear lift assembly that the seat bolts to was loose and up in front about 1/2 in Gee wonder where the trans fluid was going :)
I re tightend the assembly five bolts the front right was not able to tighten may be broken or too short ( previous owner may have mixed up bolts/lengthes.
Anyway after dooing the ordenary maintence it seems to be OK.
I know that some tractors have a gear that runs the lift and that might have been in a bind ( or not I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Thanks again
Chuck
PS any body know if the power steering can be repaired ? NO leaks just no power.
