You might not like my answer but the sprocket nose in the bar is probably full of fine saw dust which causes the nose to lock up.
Sometimes you`ll get lucky and be able to drag the chain backwards over a log and get it to clear enough that you can then free rev the saw until it spits the mung out, other times you`ll have to remove the chain and manually clean the bar groove and sprocket.
The primary cause of this condition is running dull chain and it applies to all makes and models of saw.
