I would check with the county the right of way may not cover big trucks only cars and pickups. If he is destroying the drive then he is responsible for the repair of it to what ever condition it was before. Can be a nasty fight but sometimes its worth the trouble if they don't want to be a nice neighbor. Maybe you can get the county to put a load limit on your right away. Walt
