we used to have judging for tractors in our lions club parade. it got to be a big headache. it made for bad feeling on part of those showing tractors and for the guy doing the judging. one guy got chewed out because he picked the "wrong" guy as best. the man judge picked had 8 or more tractors and every one is in great condition. if you want to create a problem this is a good way to start.
