A little hard to wrap my head aroud that one.
There's no front wheel assist, and I can't see any obvious way to push the tractor forward and onto the railcar, except with the backhoe. You wouldn't do that with a 3-pt hoe!
With no extend-a-hoe that would be a extra bumpy ride.
