Went to look at a Culti mulcher today . The story I got was the farmer that had owned it wasn't to well liked . He left it parked in a field and someone torch cut the frame and took 10 of the packer wheels . It has been badly abused but I can fix it . New wheels about make it to expensive , anyone have any idea where to look for used ? I checked the yards around here and no go . They are 4 1/2 center hole but the killer is they are 19 inch OD .
