I think you need to let somebody else measure it before you make any decisions.Maybe take it to a machine shop and see what they come up with.I think it could be that its wore,but it could just as easy be that its being measured wrong.I know they seem off some,but you could be doing something wrong.Even your micrometer could be off a little. You are going to have to take those bearings back maybe if they arent the right ones. Its just like anything else,machinists who measure stuff all the time can measure it and come up with an entirely different number than you,and if you watch them you cant even tell what they did different. How did the bearings look that came out of it?Can you feel any roughness on the surface of the journals to make you think its worn?Cranks can be turned,or polished.Its not real cheap,but its not as much as a new crank.
