The Gov. needs to get out of the way. Lessen enviromental restriction so oil co.s can drill. Not just ANWAR Montana S.D. Texas the Gulf- Get rid of that CRP B.S. America is full of farmers who can and will farm it. Let them make all the ethanol they want, if there's a market for flour someone will still buy it and grind it up. quit stealing from Peter (IM taxpayer) to pay Paul (IM getting taxpayer money) and let Market based Economics-good old fashioned competition drives down prices and improves quality (and quantity) do it's magic.!!!
