Pinkeye has two primary causes. Bacterial pinkeye, Maxella bovis and a viral type from IBR. A 4 way respitory vaccine will prevent viral pinkeeye but will not cure it. Bacterial pinkeye can be reduced with the pinkeye vaccine but my field experience is that it causes about as much as it cures. LA 200 will treat bacterial pinkeye effectively but does nothing to control viral pinkeye.
I've adopted a holistic pinkeye strategy. Grass stems and seed heads irritate the eyes of grazing cattle so keeping pastures mowed and vegetative helps. Fly control reduces spread. I use fly tags on the calves, Ivermectin dewormer pour on in late June (which gives almost 4 weeks of complete fly control), and fly bullets on the mineral feeder. Lastly I use a custom mineral mix high in chelated copper and vitamin A to increase immune function. Calves with pinkeye get treated with LA 200 plus a 4 way respitory vaccine. Cows, I just let it run its course. Since I adopted this strategy I've gone from 8-10 cases in cows and up to 30 % of the calves (when I used the vaccine) to rarely a case in a calf (none since 2005) and 1-2 cases in cows each year.

Amana Colonies served as a respite where we ate a family style lunch that sustained us with more food than could reasonably fit into our ample physiques. The show at Ankeny
