When I was a kid, we lived in Tyler for a while. We would take a stick, tie a string to the end, then tie a piece of bacon on the end of the string. The it was down to the creek for crawdad fishin'. Always had a blast. If I had known how good they were to eat, they never would have made it back into the creek. Like the others said, EAT THEM! They're very good.
