Hey guys, I just got back from visiting my friends 12 year old son in the kids ICU at the hospital. He's had a history or seizures over the past couple of years and they've been medicating trying to get them under control. So far it seems like they've managed to get the frequency of the seizures under control but the ones he has seem to last a little longer and be more intense. This morning he went into one that lasted for nearly 20 minutes off and on, even after he was given his "emergency medicine". Fortunately they only live about 3 miles from the hospital so they rushed him to the Emergency Room. This evening he was in fairly good spirits and flirting with all the blonde nurses but I could still tell he was scared and anxious about what had happened to him. When I left they had just given him some medicine to help him sleep and weren't sure wether they were gonna keep him tomorrow and tomorrow night or go ahead and release him sometime tomorrow. This young fellow was born 3 months premature and due to some medical problems at and shortly after birth has enough ongoing medical as well as developmental issues still on him for something like this to happen. Please keep him and his Mom in your payers, they both need them. Thanks

The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
