reasonable rents in our area run from $150 to $200 per acre. The real high buck guys are going $300 to $340 per acre.
The only down side is that a 25 acre piece is not very efficient to farm size wise, but unless there are fertility, topography or soil type problems I'd say rents should start at $100 an go up from there given current crop and input prices.
