Thanks for advice. She is going to be in Pediatric Cardiology. The house she is looking at is in a development at the edge of a corn field 4 miles from the hospital. Mostly a 4 lane road to work. May not get that one, problems with poor work, housing inspector said all the concrete work in that development had bad concrete.
The dry area I referred to had rain yesterday and last night. Rain here now, needed, but i want to cut hay.
