I remember reading about what I think was a 955. Is it a 966 frame with the German 310 in it? I think this was also sold and assembled in Astralia or pac-rim area? The German 310 was also used in the US in the 756. Not the best model produced by IH. I'd locate a source of parts in France or Australia or hope you get lucky that some of the parts are common with the 756 or 966 US tractors. Just because I gereralized dosen't mean the parts will fit as I do remember a number were specific to this model. I also read that their were some problems with the early production models. If your collecting this for show - great, but if you need this for work I'd go with something a little more common as parts (if you can get) will be high $$ with a long lead time. Maby someone from Australia can correct me or add to this, as I have never seen one. The above is at least 4th hand info - interesting but may not be accurate.
