no, it isnt restored it may have been refurbished at one time, all my tractors are refurbished, that means they look and run better than when i got them [ all mine are workin tractors except for a fergy i havent got to yet] "restored" is more than a good power wash and a couple cans of spray paint, to me it means the thing is taken complety apart down to base componets, then every single piece of it down to the smallest nut and washer is correct to original and brought up to factory specs when it was new, for a tractor you may have 25 thousand bucks in a machine that sells everyday for 2 thousand so unless its a family tractor and your planning on it being handed down from now on it usually isnt done, but a nice refurbished tractor is fun to do and cost efective to do too, if a tractor is indeed restored it should have a paper trail to prove it[ recipts for parts and machine work done ect] if none exists buyer beware

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
