Good luck with the doctor. They're the only ones who get paid for screwing up. Had my 5 year old in for school shots and for some reason one shot was either infected/reacted to the daughter causing her to be hooked to an IV for four days. Ten days after she was out she had a checkup. Doc asked if I had any questions, yes I did, I asked him if he had his car in for repairs and the engine/trans went out possibly by a mistake of the technician would he expect the tech/shop to stand behind it. He said YES, THEN I ASKED HIM HOW MY DAUGHTER IS ANY DIFFERENT. He said thats different, boy did he get a piece of my mind. Then I asked him for the $1500 after insurance that we owed, he said talk to the hospital. Got nothing.
