Alright, rebuilt the brakes on a 706 Diesel. New discs, piston, springs, seals, and o-rings all from an A&I kit. Also cleaned up the iron discs. Moved the adjusting screws to about halfway of their travel. Buttoned everything back up and had a helper with me to bleed the brakes. Bled them just like any old clutch or auto brakes. Had my helper hop on and try it...the brakes are locked solid. Shut the tractor off, waited a minute or two and tried again. I can get the right one to loosen up a little bit, but it sounds awful and the left one won't budge. I think I either messed something up with the adjustment screws or I have too much pressure behind the piston. Could sure use some guidance. Thank you very much folks.
