I lived thru WW II mostly as a teenager working on our farm because everyone else had snlisted or was working on a wartime job. Many of those working to build Corsairs for the marines or tires (Akron Ohio) for the trucks and airplanes worked two shifts .Then I went to the Korean war as a pilot for the newly formed Air Force. Many of my older friends ended up as Gold Stars in the family home. WE all missed the Viet Nam war but I lost a grandson in Iraq Almost two years ago. Wars never end , We are now in the greatest fight of our country and we need to honor in all ways those that are keeping us free. No talking with the terrorists. The only talk they understand is at the end of an M-16 Nuff said Henry
