I've been to visit Southern Cal several times in the past few years. Your agriculture amazes me. How the heck do they manage the orchards on the hillsides in the San Diego area anyway? I'm sure it has to be all hand labor, but you still have to use a ladder, and the hills are so dang steep I don't think I could even walk up them.
