We have a 140 acre cattle farm on flat ground that used to be ½ cotton farm. I’m 33 and can’t remember ever seeing a new tire so as best I can remember none of our original tractors have had the tires replaced in my lifetime. Dad has bought a couple tractors over the years that had mismatched or split tires on them that had to be replaced. I just got done repairing our old A and the tire on it have to be from well before my time and the tread still looks as good on them today as it did when I was in kindergarten. We are on pavement less than 1% of the time though. I’d say decades are a better measure than hours for what I call normal tractor use. Seems like letting them go flat and sit for long periods does more harm than anything.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
