I have a Massey 333 with an after market loader. The hydraulic pump is not "factory" and it is mounted on the front of the engine. The problem I have is that the loader is not able to lift alot of weight.I would think that the loader should be able to lift the front end of the tractor off the ground, the way everything is set up now.I would like to be able to lift a round hay bale.Is there anyway to get more out of the pump,or does a guy have to put bigger hydraulic cylinders on? Or can the pump only "put out" so much that it would not make a difference if there was bigger cylinders on the tractor? Also,If a guy was able to lift more with the tractor, would the front end be able to handle it? I know I would not be able to stear but that problem could be fixed. Any info would be greatly appreciated,I am wearing myself out feeding my horses!
