Yes. The tractor you are looking at has a Synchro-Range transmission. I have seen Case fronts on other JD tractors, apparently because they fit and are heavier than OEM JD wide fronts. 64-67 3020 tractors usually sell for $7000 in this area at dealers. At auctions, they go in the $5000 to $6000 range. Most of the time, they need tires and paint. Check the slop in the shifter. If you hear a lot of gear clash when you shift (you have to stop to shift with this transmission), that indicates some work needs to be done either to the shift linkages, which do wear, or to the transmission itself. Also make sure all gears are there. My neighbor has a 4020 that is missing R1. My 4020 has the mysterious R3, a reverse gear that is below 7th on the shifter, that you're not supposed to be able to use. If that 3020 has an R3, that indicates someones been into the linkages to modify them.
