Well thankfully our sherrif is going to take care of the matter but my next call was going to be to our county commissioners and the Attorney Generals office. I farm 400 acres of hay spread all over so this guy could really shut me down. I wondering about the leagality of him discussing with a magistrate a ruling on a ticket ahead of time, isn't that kind of fixing the system? Along with the fact the magistrate is not ruling based on the law. I was completely legal. State, federal, and Michigan Right to Farm Act all protect my rights to go to work with my farm equipment.
