We have it. It can be cut with regular hay mowers and baled. Makes pretty good hay if you get it baled before the leaves get too dry. Sometimes during the cutting and baling process the long vines will wrap around things. I have no idea how they would want it processed for ethonal. Cows love kudzu and will graze it into the ground. In spite of all the hype about how fast it grows, my opinion is that it would yield 2 grazing sessions a year. It could be grazed for about 2 weeks this time of the year, then have the cows removed and get another grazing session in the fall. Same schedule for hay. Kudzu is very cold sensitive. When there is a light frost in the fall, it shows up first on the Kudzu. I have my doubts about how much ethanol it would produce.
