I got a 1966 Olds Toronado. the headlights do not want to go up as they should. the lights themselves come on but the vacuum doors do not open. I cannot find any vacuum leaks, I hooked it up to the milk pump in the barn, then the doors would open, so the canisters are working-any ideas? thanks-ray
