I've had one for 32 years and 4000 hours. Also a 2400 hydro for 2200 hours, it is the same tractor. Good little tractors. The brakes can be a problem if the lines aren't kept in place, the oil is pushed up in the line then it needs to have a continuous downward flow to the brakes. There are small screens in line that need attention and the brakes bled routinely. To bleed just open the bleeders till no air bubbles come out, no need to pump the brakes. The shifting lever pivots need to be kept clean, lubed and in adjustment. I always service these items at the 100 hour service intervals. I have always used Hytran and change the Hyd filter at 250 hrs. If a gas motor keep the fuel filter changed and the gas tank as full as possible if it sits for periods of time, so the gas tank doesn't rust. The only real problem has been the electric fuel shut off on the carburater, but that was before I found out the gas needs to be kept VERY clean. I did buy 2 before I learned this the hard way, very small orfice and it plugs easily and burns out the solinoid....james

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”.
