It's not her fault if they didn't tell her everything you bought. Maybe they've had a lot of problems with people trying to steal stuff? Your last paragraph is contradictory. If they annoy you so much, why did you go there in the first place? Could it be because they have more convenient hours? Funny, you say they don't have what you need yet they seemed to have the wire and posts and all the other stuff you needed! I agree that customer service is lacking in a lot of places but if you turned the tables, I bet a lot of stores would have complaints about customers. Maybe they were really busy and she's been dealing with a lot of impatient customers for the last 6 months. Sounds to me like she was just doing her job and you were in a hurry and didn't wait for her at the gate like you were supposed to. Most places will load your stuff and like to make sure you get what you paid for and nothing extra. If everyone just loaded their own stuff, you can bet some of them would take extra's if they thought they could get away with it. I think your rant is a little unfounded but that's just based on what you said. I wasn't there so I can't say for sure what happened. Dave

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
