The Snap-Coupler IS the bell-shaped housing under the middle of the tractor- not on the lift arms. Common mistake in terminology. The linkage in the Snap-Coupler is what senses load and accomplishes draft control by slightly raising and lowering the lift arms, adding implement and soil weight to the rear wheels. There are washers next to the spring under the tractor- they are adjusted per specific factory measurement, and there is a linkage connected between that and the hydraulic pump. AC does not sense pull on the arms- all the arms do is raise and lower the implement. 3ph systems do sense pull on the arms. AC is upside down to that. As far as adapting to AC- the implement would hang 3 feet behind, no draft sensing, etc.
