It looks like a wolf to me too. Yours seems kind of small still. I used to see them early in the morning up near the eaves on my fathers place when I was young. The main body would often be as big as a golf ball. And ya they can bite, not dangerous, just annoying. Never came close to the near tennis ball sized black one that was under the front step and she had thousands of kids with her. Thank goodness for bug spray and dad being nearby. Scared the hell out of my mom, trying to keep us three away from it waiting for dad. The main body of the thing was just about as wide as his foot when he stepped on it. He said its the biggest one he'd seen, he was in his thirties then and had been around. This was over thirty-five years ago and haven't seen anything like it since. I think as the people moved in around us it kind of wiped out the larger spiders. Haven't seen large wolfs around his place since the mid-eighties.
