My hometown of St. Louis is in an uproar. This is the home of Bud , the King of Beers and Busch the best selling beer in the midwest. We play baseball in Busch Stadium, we go to Grant's Farm (Home of Ulysees S. Grant and now the home of the Busch Family.) And we drink Michelob , Bud , Bud lite and Busch. Sadly INBEV the European Giant has made a $65 a share bid for our Beloved Anheuser Busch. The Family and the Shareholders are in conflict , lawsuits are flying and our gentle giant's future is uncertain. Augie Busch (now deceased) was this town's fair haired son. He'd ride the Clydesdale beer wagon into Busch Stadium before each Cardinal Game. The crowd roared.Look's like we may be at the end of that era.
