I tried to google "Stromberg 609 427006 Carburetor", and that type of stuff has worked in the past, but not so much here...I came up with your posts....and one for MrStromber.com. Try it yourself, and see. Maybe ask Mr. Stromberg.
I only tried to google, didn't try dogpile.com. Dogpile may have something too. Search engines can be powerful tools. Toss in a serial number and a make, and might be surpised if don't find out the day and time a gasket was made, or... Not always, but sometimes it works pretty good.
