When I was a kid in North Dakota, I always liked the Hamms beer commercials, though. That danged bear cracked me up. I actually met that bear when I was in college in Fargo. I went to Polar Package Place (north of University Village at NDSU) and as I walked in, I noticed this large stuffed Hamms beer bear. When I walked past, he moved toward me to shake paws. You coulda knocked me over with a feather. I'd had a "couple" beers by that time, and didn't realize it was a guy in a bear suit, just thought it was a stuffed bear in a display. When he moved, all I could say was "Oh my gosh, it the HAMMS BEER BEAR!!!".

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
