Strapped my empty diesel barrel to the pickup, and drove over to the waterhole in Mobile to buy offroad diesel. (None of the local stations can afford any fuel anymore.) Didn't call ahead, and was shocked to find out off road was $4.74 a gallon off the barge from the refinery. Anybody wanna bet that diesel hits $6.25 by mid September? It would have been cheaper to just fill it with on road at a filling station with diesel in the tanks. Anyway, buy now, the market for off road is cheap!!!!Compared to what it will be. DarnIT.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
