Well, the B had a new fan belt on it, that looked encouraging. Dont know how that worked, the thing obvisly hadnt been used in years when i got into it. Figures....
I aint got no wheel weights so i guess a cement block will have to work

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
