I-H dealer can get them or take it to a machine shop they would have or could make them. Lowes has a good supply also. When you have it running use a dwell meter and that would tell you if it requires an overhaul thousands of them are running well and probably have some play on the shaft as you know this isnt a racing engine. Ive worked on some that had some play but they started and ran well with a good set of points.
