I bought a waste oil heater off an ebay auction. It's been two weeks now and i still don't have the heater. The guy lives about 90 miles from me. He sent me his phone number, but hardly ever answers and never returns my calls like he said he would.Twice when i did get through to him he said he would let me know in a couple days when i could pick the heater up,but he never does.Today i tried his number and got his voicemail again.A couple minutes later i called from my shop phone and he answers. He said he was in a meeting and would call me back in an hour. That was 2pm today,it's now 9.15 pm.I'm afraid if i drive 90 miles he won't be there or have the heater. What do you think?
