While pulling parts out of the salvage yard past few weeks I pulled a alternator belt that has rivets every inch. The belt is 9/16 inch wide and the little strips are 2.25 inches long and the rivets go thru 3 layers of strips. I had never seen anything like that so pulled it for a keepsake. Now I may not be old enough to remember these but were they a common thing back in the ???? This one was on an M Farmall. Just curious who made them and when they were used. Thanks Migraine
