Mary Lou, I have never heard of a "lewland" but I have heard of a British Leyland and perhaps this is what you are talking about. It "was" made in England amd Scotland and was bought out by Marshall about 14 or 15 years ago but they are no longer made. Originally they were Nuffields and then Leylands. Leylands were blue for years and the last 2 or 3 years they were yellow or gold. They made a small 154, a 344, 384, 270, 270 turbo, 272 and with turbo, 274 4 wheel drive with and w/o turbo and some others. They weren't a bad tractor and many think a real good diesel engine. The problem is parts or the lack off. A few years ago a dealer in Wisconson could get parts but I don't know if that is still so. I think it was Marshall Imp or something. Don't remember where in Wis. Hope I have been of some help. Best of luck! Roger
