I spent most of the morning head scratching about my file/hole/sheared off brass/head thingy, and thought i should just give up on it. So i called Bill (hillbillyOH) the last owner of my C and asked him about switching heads to the old one i got when i got that tractor. He said he diddnt think it was a good idea, and we tried to figure out this little problem.
Out of the blue he suggested i hammer that file the rest of the way in there, then use an easy out, then fish the file out. BRILLIANT!!! I shoulda called sooner. The file is in there still, but i can fit an easy out in as well. Welp, its 92 here, and here i go sevral miles to town to get this stupid thing. THANKS BILL!!

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
