The story looks all well and good for the state, and I hope it works out to everyone's benefit... but I've really got to ask what's in this for the contractor? From the sounds of what I've read in that story he'd have to have $hit for brains to sign that deal, or else he's got a deal that's so bloody lucrative that it's the public that's getting raped. I simply don't believe that they can operate it that much more efficiently than government so as to make a profit worth the risk they're supposedly taking on in that deal as it's described. It doesn't make sense to me.
