The TSC paint is acceptable paint for about 75% of the projects a person could do. There are some though that deserve just a little better paint if you want to throw the money at it. I use a lot of the Valspar with the hardner and it comes out ok. Three years ago I painted an IH model 55 eleven shank chisel plow with really good Swift Red urethane that I bought at Car Quest. It has been parked in a fence row back on the property that I last used it and it looks like a show car after sitting ouside for three years. Very deep rich shiny paint job. I had to pay about $200 dollars for that gallon of paint with the catalyst that came with it. I actually bought it to paint the inside of a tractor cab and had enough left over for the chisel plow. Valspar would have cost me about $50 for the gallon of paint and hardner but it would not have turned out that nice. I think the paint was made by Western. Very good stuff. They have a color chart at Car quest for the off the shelf colors they offer. Good luck.
