my wife and I have had 4 children in the past 5 years (no twins yes it can be done!!!) and may want more. we raise a few cattle and a pig or two plant a big garden and have chickens for eggs and do all this on less than 45,000 a year, my kids are not in daycare I dont think limiting the number of kids a family wants or has will do anything about the energy problems our country has.
