Amen to that. I am fairly young (27) and I bought my first house 3 years ago when housing was booming and creative financing was at its peak. I would have loved to buy some acerage of my own, but settle on a small house that I could afford, and put 20% down. Now, all those people that made poor decisions arent going to fold, they are going to get bailed out. The message to me is I should have made a poor financial decision, let the gov bail me out, and end up with the farm I wanted but couldnt afford...
