Sure is a stupid idea people have about the color of a critter makes for better meat????? Years ago Dad had the idea of crossing Brown Swiss with Holstein to come up with a cross that made for more milk but had the butter fat of Brown Swiss. Well, it didn't really work out, but you ended up with a black critter, so maybe we should do that now and advertise it has a lean, Black Angus type, the yuppies will go nuts for it.
