I am looking for a good source to find a operator/owner manual for a vintage John Deere manure spreader. Spreader is all steel and has steel rear wheels and no front wheels - tractor tongue in front with tongue jack. I am thinking it might be a model H but do not know for sure. I am thinking from the "40"s possibly. Any info. is appreciated. Googling this subject takes me to 1001 different sites but have not found what I am looking for. Any info. as to source for manual or a help in determining the model is appreciated. I know it is JD as JD is stamped in the rear wheels and there is original green paint on the hidden areas.
