For the price the Blackhawk is a great single action.
For a deer and hog rifle up to 200 yards its hard to beat a 30-06. If you want to go cheap right now the best "cheap" gun on the market is the Mossberg ATR - $250 or so. My BIL and a couple nephews have bought them - they are accurate (enough for their skills) and dependable. If you want to go expensive there's plenty of others out there that will fill the bill.
If you were keeping it at 100 yards I would have said a 30-30.
