I know nothing about Tire Town, but Nebraska Tire seems to be on the skids. They've just closed several stores, including my local one in Seward, NE. I never had experience with them on tractor tires, but I gave up on them for car and pickup tires.
Mostly Nebraska Tire's tires werent' all that great and they couldn't balance worth a darn. I don't know if it was the balancer or the operator, but I took a couple wheels straight off their balancer and put them on my bubble balancer in my shop and both were off about an ounce.
Obviously, if Nebraska Tire had balance them properly, they should have pinwheeled the bubble on my bubble balancer.
If there's a Farmer's Coop nearby, that might be your best bet.
